Who says road trips are hard?

I know it’s early so I’ll be saying a few prayers after this, but so far the kids are absolutely crushing their first big road trip together. We have found a good routine around how we structure our drives and hotel stays. I’m not saying there hasn’t been frustration.. the kids are two and three and Ross and I have said multiple times what funny little humans we have.. but hey! Look at the two of us; what else can we expect?

We made it to Columbus, OH by Monday also known as Day 4. First stop was an awesome brewery called Seven Sons which had an Indian food truck for a snack and then we picked up some tacos to go before heading back to our hotel for family movie night!

The next morning, we grabbed breakfast at the Fox in the Snow Cafe… wow that was the best cinnamon roll we’ve ever had. And I’m 90% sure the kids had more steel cut oatmeal than brown sugar but we’ll never be sure.. they both devoured their bowls!

We swung by Ohio State, saw The Horseshoe and headed out of town!
